Mini Draft Helper is an internal tool that drafts and organises email in the owner's own Gmail account for ATM office work. This page explains what it accesses and how that information is handled. Back to home.
What the tool accesses
The tool uses Google OAuth to read the owner's own Gmail messages and to create and manage drafts in the owner's own Gmail account. It does not access any other person's Gmail account.
How the information is used
Information from Gmail is used only for internal office work: preparing draft replies and keeping correspondence organised for the owner. It is not used for any other purpose.
Sharing, selling and advertising
The helper accesses only the owner's own Gmail account, for the owner's own use. Email content may be processed by the owner's AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to read and draft the owner's replies, and limited thread details (sender name, subject, time) appear in the owner's private office dashboard, hosted by our service providers. Google user data is used only to provide these features to the owner. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. It is transferred only to the service providers needed to provide these features, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and deletion
Gmail data is kept on the owner's own computer, except the limited thread details (sender name, subject, time) shown in the owner's private office dashboard, which our hosting providers store. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed. The owner can revoke the tool's access to the Gmail account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Mini Draft Helper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
